Claire Tanti

Founder & CEO

Claire Tanti is the founding director of C-Clear Consultancy Ltd. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, she has worked with firms such as WealthKernel Limited, LV=, and Churchill, as well as within the consultancy firm Thistle Initiatives Limited.

Her extensive expertise spans all aspects of financial services compliance, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to embark on this journey.

Throughout her career, Claire has supported firms in tackling a range of compliance challenges—from designing compliance frameworks from the ground up to leading FCA Section 166 reviews.

She has worked with firms of varying size; from small pre-launch firms, through to multi billion pound institutions.

Driven by a passion for financial services compliance, Claire established C-Clear with a clear mission: to help firms navigate the complex regulatory landscape while empowering them to sustain compliance over the long-term.

Cayley Jensen

Compliance Consultant

Cayley Jensen joins C-Clear with over 13 years’ experience as a compliance professional.

Cayley holds a Diploma in Investment Compliance from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, giving her a solid foundation from which she has built during her career.

Her industry experience has spanned the compliance space, providing invaluable knowledge and expertise across the financial services compliance sector.

With a keen eye for detail, Cayley works with clients to ensure that compliance practices are not only put in place but are sufficiently comprehensive for the size and nature of the firm.
